The kit is available with SD or HD chips, for manual, Matrix or NEO operation and for 2, 4 or 16 RXNs (version dependent). In addition, a large well version is available for 2 RXNs for manual operation.

The recommended captured cell number varies according to the chip used:

  • Standard Density (SD) Chip: 3000-10000 cells.
  • High Density (HD) Chip: 9000-30000 cells.
  • Large Well (LW) Chip: 1500-3000 cells.

However, the captured cell number can be increased by multiplexing (see CLindex).

The kit covers SCOPE-chips, barcoding beads and reagents necessary for chip loading, cell lysis, cell barcoding and library preparation.

The workflow takes 6-8 hours.
