SynEcoSys™ is a powerful tool for single cell sequencing data mining and clinical interpretation. 1. Precise cell type annotation
SynEcoSys™ contains manually curated cell marker database from the most up-to-date literatures. We developed a strategy to first apply machine learning techniques for automated cell type classification, and then use stringent manual review process to confirm the results before the final results are reported. The learning generated in the manual review processed is directly fed back to the database for further improvements of the machine learning algorithm. This iterative hybrid process provides the most accurate and reliable cell type annotations.
2. Efficient database query
SynEcoSys™ provides options of complex database queries for customers, including cell type specific gene expression patterns, cellular interactions, potential drug targets and disease-related pathways, cellular functions, and phenotype-genotype relationships with evidences and references.
